We’re Hiring! – Room Leader (Baby Room)

We are excited to be growing our team at Little Learners Day Nursery and are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join our baby unit, supporting children aged 6 months and over.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurturing, committed individual with strong experience in early years to step into a leadership role and help shape a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working with babies (6 months+)
• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and inspire a team
• A sound understanding of the EYFS and child development
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, caring approach
• A passion for high-quality care and early education
